This is an ashing device that supports the dispersion dyeing method through ashing after acetone vapor deposition, which is also adopted in JIS standards. The device performs optimal tuning with the START button and carries out plasma treatment to atmospheric release without human intervention. Furthermore, it effectively identifies asbestos by ashing and removing organic substances contained in building materials at the atomic oxygen level.
